The specification of the master data, contact details and order data is necessary for the implementation of your orders. If you do not provide us with this information, you cannot order from us.
Order processing also processes some or all of the following categories of data: order data, billing data, bank details, communication data, financing and payment terms, credit information, delivery and service conditions, customer demand, customer satisfaction data, organizational data (e.g. about dates), requests.
All of this data is used for the operation of the website as well as for the fulfilment of the contract for the processing of the order, the administration of the customer relationship and for the establishment of contact.
We store your IP address in order to be able to track misuse, such as ordering under a false name.
If you - voluntarily - create a user profile (user account), we assign all this data to your profile and keep it at least until you delete your profile.
The legal basis for the data processing is thus the fulfilment of our contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in the care of our customer relations.
In any case, we store this data for the duration of the respective fulfilment of the contract and the statutory retention obligations (according to the German Commercial Code and the Federal Tax Code). Unless you object, we also save your information based on our legitimate interest in direct mail for up to three years after the last contact with you.
A transfer of data to third parties is only to the extent that it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. When booking events, we will transmit the order details to the extent necessary to the respective organizer or local ticket agencies. If data transmission is required in countries outside the EU or the EEA, the secure handling of the data is guaranteed by an appropriate decision by the EU Commission or by contractual clauses agreed with the recipient for handling the data. Your payment details will not be shared.
If we are required to do so by law, judicial or governmental decision, or are entitled to protect our interests, we will disclose your information to banks, legal representatives, public accountants, auditors and tax consultants, courts, administrative authorities, tax authorities, collection agencies and suppliers.

2.2.1. We collect information about your use of our website as described below in order to adapt it to your interests in the best possible way. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in optimizing our online presence and our offers.

Server logs: The IP address of the requesting computer, along with the date, time, request, which file is requested (name and URL), what amount of data will be transmitted to you, a message indicating whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser used and the used operating system, as well as the website from which the access was made (should access be via a link).
